High-Tech Foundation (2001-2006)

We entered China’s glass industry market through high-standard automotive/electronic glass engineering projects and technical services. Key achievements include: Designing and providing technical services for the Jinjing Automotive Glass Production Line (Phase I) for Shandong Glass Group, a pioneering project that filled the automotive glass industrial gap in Shandong Province, Completing design and technical services for Zhejiang Glass’s Automotive & Electronic Glass Production Line, marking a strong foundation in ultra-thin glass technology, Delivering the Weihai Blue Star Online Low-Emissivity Coated Glass Production Line, Executing 13 automotive/electronic glass engineering projects, establishing industry credibility.

Innovation-Driven Development (2006-2013)

Pursuing growth through innovation, we accomplished: Yingxin Group’s Online Low-E Coated Glass Line (Hebei), Jinjing Group’s Phase II Energy-Saving Cold Repair Project, A turnkey 600 t/day Automotive & Mirror Glass Line in Saudi Arabia, pioneering multi-line production from single large-tonnage furnaces, Design and technical services for Saratov Glass Group’s 700 t/day Line (Russia), marking China’s first export of float glass technology to a G8 nation, 150 t/day Ultra-Thin Electronic Glass Line for Henan Haichuan, achieving world-class product quality, Solar glass lines for Rainbow Group, Zhejiang Daming Glass, and Rainbow (Hefei) Photovoltaics.

Belt and Road Global Expansion (2014-2021)

Leveraging China’s Belt and Road Initiative, Shanghai Pony: Executed Pakistan’s GGLF1 Float Glass Upgrade and GGLF2 570 t/d Technical Renovation, Undertook EPC contracts for Saudi Arabia’s UFG650 t/d Float Glass and UFG125 t/d Rolled Glass Projects, Completed Russia’s LTF-5 700 t/d Cold Repair Project, Delivered 26 glass engineering projects globally, filed dozens of patents/research papers, and applied proprietary technologies, Advanced in oxy-natural gas/hydrogen combustion, waste-heat/solar power for glass production, and natural gas-based hydrogen generation, Excelled in ultra-clear/thin solar/industrial electronic glass, Expanded across Uzbekistan, Indonesia, Azerbaijan, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Russia, Ukraine, Tanzania, and Peru, Received Shanghai Silicate Industry Association’s 2019 "Belt & Road Model Practitioner Award".
