
Li Shaofeng Managing Director
Mr. Li Shaofeng serves as the managing director of Shanghai Pony. He has been honored with prestigious titles including National Model Worker In The Building Materials Industry, Hebei Provincial Model Worker, and "Outstanding Young Contributor to Key National Engineering Projects" with corresponding medals and certificates.
As a Senior Engineer and Certified Credit Management Professional (China), Mr. Li brings over 40 years of experience in the glass industry. He previously held key roles such as Deputy Chief Engineer at a renowned domestic design and research institute, and Technical Director and Plant Manager at an international large-scale glass group.
In 2001, Mr. Li founded Shanghai Pony, where he served as Managing Director for over two decades, steering the company to a globally recognized engineering service provider in glass manufacturing.

Guo Baoming General Manager
Mr. Guo Baoming serves as the general Manager of Shanghai Pony. A Senior Engineer with more than three decades of experience in the glass industry, he joined the company in the beginning of year 2002 and has since undertaken responsibilities spanning batch plant, utilities, process technology, and marketing.
Over his 30-year career, Mr. Guo has participated in commercial negotiations, design, and management for over 100 production lines, demonstrating exceptional expertise in large-scale project execution. He has been instrumental in advancing the company’s technical capabilities and market expansion.

Zhao Qingdong Deputy General Manager
Mr. Zhao Qingdong serves as the deputy General Manager of Shanghai Pony. A Professor-level Senior Engineer with 30 years of experience in the glass industry, he began his career in 1982 at a leading domestic design and research institute, where he held the position of Senior Engineer.
Mr. Zhao joined Shanghai Pony in 2001 as Vice General Manager, overseeing technical management for all company projects. Over his three-decade career, he has contributed to the design and management of over 100 production lines, demonstrating profound expertise in large-scale industrial engineering and operational excellence.

Larry Borman Board Member
Mr. Borman serves as a Director of both shanghai Pony, bringing 35 years of experience in the glass industry. He joined Mulia glass in 1994 as Project Manager, where he was actively involved in all facets of Mulia Industry's development.
Prior to Mulia glass, Mr. Borman held leadership roles at global engineering firms, including Project Manager at International Technologies Consultants, Inc. (ITC), Engineering Design Manager at Bechtel Corporation, and Project Engineer at Owens-Illinois, Inc. His cross-functional expertise spans project engineering, technical consulting, and industrial operations optimization.

Han Zhaoxin Deputy General Manager
Mr. Han Zhaoxin serves as Deputy General Manager and Senior Engineer of Shanghai Pony. He is a recipient of the Second Prize for Industry Scientific Advancement, First and Second Prizes for Excellence in Engineering Design, and an Outstanding Contributor Award for Mid-Career Experts, with over 30 years of experience in the glass industry.
He joined the Forming Design Office of Qinhuangdao Glass Industry Design Institute in 1992, specializing in float glass forming process design. He joined Shanghai Pony in 2002. Over 30 years of Career, he has participated in and delivered dozens of domestic and international glass engineering projects.

Bill Pike Engineering Manager
Mr. Pike possesses over 39 years of experience in the glass industry and is an internationally renowned kiln specialist. Throughout his career, he has participated in the construction of over 130 production lines across the globe. Prior to joining Pony Technologies, he spent 22 years at Toledo Engineering Co., Inc., serving as Planning & Solutions Manager, Project Manager, and other key roles.

Gao Jianhe Chief Engineer
Mr. Gao Jianhe serves as Chief Process Engineer and Senior Engineer at Shanghai Pony. A recipient of multiple Ministerial-Level Excellence Awards in Design and Consulting, he brings nearly 40 years of glass industry experience.
1992: Joined Qinhuangdao Glass Industry Design Institute.
2004: Joined Shanghai Pony.
Executed dozens of domestic/international glass engineering projects over the past 40 years in the industry.

Huang Jun Assistant General Manager
Mr. Huang Jun serves as Assistant General Manager and Senior Engineer at Shanghai Pony, with nearly 20 years of industry expertise.
He joined Shanghai Pony in 2007, initially as Manager of Glass Forming Department, promoted to Assistant General Manager, mainly engaged in development, design, and field service of glass forming equipment.
Completed over 10 global glass engineering projects over the past 20 years in the industry.

Zhang Zhibo Assistant General Manager
Mr. Zhang Zhibo serves as Assistant General Manager and Senior Engineer at Shanghai Pony. He won the Ministerial-Level Scientific Progress Second Prize and National Scientific Progress Third Prize in 1999, with over 30 years of industry experience.
He Joined Electrical Control Department of Qinhuangdao Glass Research & Design Institute (State Building Materials Bureau) in 1994, specializing in Float glass cold-end control system design and Field commissioning.
He joined Shanghai Pony in 2002.
Delivered dozens of domestic/international glass projects over the past 30 years in the industry.
