Main process parameters
Melting capacity: 100-700T/D
Thickness: 2~6mm
Forming process: rolling process
Production Process
Raw Material Preparation: Raw materials such as quartz sand, soda ash, and limestone are mixed in proportion.
Melting: The mixed materials are melted into molten glass at a high temperature (approximately 1500-1600°C).
Rolling Forming: The molten glass passes through calendering rolls with patterns, and is pressed into patterned glass sheets.
Annealing: The formed glass enters an annealing furnace and is slowly cooled to eliminate internal stresses.
Cutting and Processing: The annealed glass undergoes processes such as cutting and edge grinding according to requirements.
Characteristics
Decorativeness: Diverse surface patterns deliver excellent aesthetic effects.
Translucent but Opaque: Provides light transmittance while blocking visibility to ensure privacy.
Light Diffusion: Embossed surfaces scatter light, creating soft and uniform indoor illumination.
High Strength: Textured patterns increase mechanical strength and structural durability.
Application
Rolling glass holds a significant position in architectural and decorative fields due to its unique aesthetics and functionality, with extensive applications including:
Architectural Decoration: Interior partitions, Doors and windows, Decorative screens
Furniture: Tabletops, Cabinet doors
Bathroom Solutions: Shower doors and partitions, Combines privacy protection with decorative appeal
Lighting: Lamp covers, Diffuses light to create soft ambient illumination.
