♦ Managing Director Li Shaofeng and Chief Engineer Zhang Youxin have successively published a number of patents and several research reports. ♦ Under the leadership of Managing Director Li Shaofeng and Deputy General Manager Zhao Qingdong– a nationally renowned tin bath expert, a number of forming patents and proprietary technologies have been applied to engineering practices, and the theory and practice of tin bath forming have been continuously enriched. Since 2013, years of research has been conducted on Two-Shrinkage Float Glass Tin Bath from both theoretical and practical perspectives, thus forming the proprietary technology of Shanghai Pony. The Shanxi Qingchun Float Glass Production Line put into operation in July 2015, the Lihu Float Glass Line 3 put into operation in May 2016, and the Pakistan GGLF1 Float Glass Production Line put into operation in August 2018 have all adopted the new technology of Application Research, Design and Development of Two-Shrinkage Float Glass Tin Bath.
♦ Driven by Liu Jijun and Zhang Zhibo(well-known electrical experts in the glass industry), in September 2011, on the basis of summarizing Shanghai Pony's advanced control technologies, the DCS-based Thermal Process Control Software for Glass Production Lines was optimized and upgraded, and obtained national copyright registration. This software is an excellent one that reaches the international advanced level in thermal control of the three major components: glass melting furnace, tin bath and annealing lehr. In 2025, Zhang Zhibo independently optimized and upgraded the DCS-based Thermal Process Control Software for Glass Production Lines, taking another solid step forward for the digital and intelligent transformation of the entire production line.

● Customer Service, Customization Capabilities and Successful Cooperation Cases

♦ In 2009, we completed the EPC of the "700 tons/day float glass line project for Russia Saratov Glass Group". The energy consumption reached 5232 KJ/Kg of glass melt, and it has been operating safely for more than 12 years.

♦ In 2009, we completed the design and technical services for the "700 t/d ultra-clear float automotive glass production line of Russia Saratov Glass Group". This line systematically and comprehensively integrated our innovative design technologies, material and structural optimization, production commissioning services, and full-life-cycle after-sales services, achieving remarkable engineering results such as the lowest energy consumption (1260 kcal/kg), excellent quality (M0 mirror grade + automotive grade accounting for over 92%), high total yield (≥90%), and a furnace life of 16-17 years, with annual energy-saving benefits of 31.05 million yuan.

♦ In 2017, we completed the cold repair and technical transformation project of Lihu Group's Qingchun Line II with a capacity of 600 t/d. This line adopted air-free flue technology and successfully realized the transformation to burn producer gas, achieving long-term stable production with high output and low energy consumption.

♦ In 2017, we completed the cold repair and technical transformation project of Pakistan GGL's float glass line I. Without changing the length of the melting furnace and tin bath, the production capacity of this line was increased from 330 t/d to 450 t/d. GGLF2 570 t/d float glass technical transformation project was successfully ignited in August 2021, fully demonstrating Shanghai Pony's profound theoretical and practical foundation in furnace energy-saving technology and three major thermal control aspects of tin bath forming.

♦ In 2019, The 400 t/d EPC project in Uzbekistan with various advanced acceptance indicators, was praised by Uzbekistan TV for many times and won the second prize of the "2024 Excellent Engineering Design Achievement Evaluation Award" by China Building Materials Engineering Construction Association.

♦ The 600 t/d EP project in Saudi Arabia in 2021 successfully implemented the case of dual-line operation of float glass production line and solar glass production line, and won the third prize of the "2024 Excellent Engineering Design Achievement Evaluation Award" by China Building Materials Engineering Construction Association.
